
Hi, I’m Elle and so far, I’ve lost almost 40lbs on a GLP-1.
For years, dieting was just noise: count this, cut that, earn your food, punish yourself later. GLP-1 finally quietened all that and gave me space to unlearn the ridiculous rules and start figuring out how I actually want to live.
The weight has come off at a slow and steady pace, but my focus now is making sure it stays off, whether I’m on GLP-1 medication or not. That’s where The Undiet Life comes in.
